AI specialized in construction
Bidding, scheduling and smarter project management.
The repetitive work that eats up weeks today, ready for review in minutes.
Miranda prepares. Your team decides.
What is Miranda AI?
Miranda AI is an artificial intelligence platform specialized in construction that covers the full project cycle: from opportunity to project execution. It works directly with your own documents, templates and standards, and fits into the workflows and tools your team already uses.
Your team's time, where it actually counts.
What changes when Miranda joins the team.
Your preconstruction team stops typing and goes back to deciding.
More opportunities, stronger bids
The team evaluates more solicitations without adding headcount, and every bid goes out with the same level of detail.
Fewer risks, overruns and delays
Constraints surface early and scheduling starts from a far more structured base.
More capacity for judgment-heavy work
Less manual, repetitive work and more time to review and decide.
More control and visibility on site
Progress is checked against the schedule and variances show up in time.
This is how Miranda works.
From the portfolio of projects and opportunities to the assistant that answers on your own documents.

Who is Miranda AI for?
Not by job title, but by the work in front of you.
If you prepare the bid
Requirements, deadlines, award criteria and liquidated damages from the bid documents or the RFP, laid out before you decide whether to bid.
If you build the schedule
The construction schedule built from the project documents, with activities, durations and dependencies, ready to review.
If you run the job
Actual progress against the schedule, variances in time, and daily reports and updates written with your own templates.
If you run the business
The whole portfolio of projects and opportunities in one view, with what is due and what needs a decision.
Bring us a real project and we will show you how Miranda works.
One session with your team, on a project of yours. No cost, no commitment.
You send us one of your projects.
The documents exactly as you have them: bid documents, drawings, attachments and quantities. Plus what defines how you work: your templates, your production rates and your standards.
A working session with Miranda and your team.
A demo built around your project, with your documents on screen and your team asking the questions.
You keep the deliverables, no strings attached.
The project analysis with its requirements and risks, the construction schedule and one bid deliverable of your choice (technical proposal, estimate or bid / no-bid report). Along with them, your estimated ROI and a rollout plan tailored to your company.
Where Miranda fits into your operations.
Analyzes the opportunity and prepares the bid
Public solicitation or private invitation to bid, same flow: read the bid documents or the RFP, lay out what they ask for, assess whether it fits and assemble the package you submit.
- Requirements, deadlines, award criteria and liquidated damages, extracted and organized
- Quantity takeoff structured by trade and an estimate on top of it, using your company's production rates
- Bid / no-bid recommendation and preparation of the bid submission
- Project risks and inconsistencies, classified and backed by evidence
- Natural language search with traceable answers

Turns the project documents into the construction schedule
Nothing is filled in by hand: the schedule comes out of the project itself, and your team only reviews and adjusts instead of starting from a blank page.
- Activities, durations and dependencies calculated from the actual documents
- Critical path and phases, with the schedule ready for your team to review
- Bid schedule and construction schedule from the same set of documents
- Schedule risks flagged directly on the plan
- Natural language search with traceable answers
Tracks actual progress and keeps the paperwork current
What happens on site, checked against what was planned.
- Progress by phase against the schedule, with variances and the milestones affected
- Schedule, cost and supply risks, with proposed mitigation
- Daily reports, meeting minutes and updates using your company's templates
- Natural language search with traceable answers

How Miranda can help you.
What Miranda does, phase by phase.
Ask anything about the full project documentation and the schedule, with answers traceable to source and page.
Extracts requirements, deadlines, award criteria, liquidated damages and exclusions, and issues the bid / no-bid report covering technical fit, qualifications and financial risk.
Extracts and verifies the quantities in the bid package and prices the estimate using your company's production rates.
Writes the proposal section by section, following the structure of the bid documents and the award criteria, in your company's template.
Pre-submission review of documents, technical content and pricing, plus a submission package checked against everything the solicitation requires.
Generates the construction schedule from the project documents: activities, durations, dependencies, milestones and critical path.
Compares planned against actual, flags variances and the milestones affected, and classifies schedule, cost and supply risks with supporting evidence.
Generates RFIs, weekly reports, variance reports and meeting minutes using your company's templates.
It fits what you already use.
Miranda plugs into the workflows you already have instead of replacing them, and you do not have to migrate your archive to get started.

Security, privacy and control of your data
Technical and organizational measures to protect your information and to limit its processing to delivering the service.
What people ask before the demo.
No. Miranda does the bulk of the repetitive work: reading documentation, extracting requirements and producing the first draft. Your team reviews, corrects and decides. Key corrections are stored and applied on the next project, so Miranda gets closer to how your company works with every project.
Never. Your documents are used only for your organization. Miranda AI does not train public models on client data, does not share information with third parties and does not access your data without permission. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and audit logging.
Wherever your company decides. Miranda AI is deployed on your own AWS cloud or on Crata AI infrastructure, GDPR compliant and with data held in the European Union. There is no lock-in: you can export or delete your data whenever you want.
Miranda is currently compatible with Presto, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Primavera P6. Miranda also works directly on project documentation in its original format, so no integration is needed to get started.
Two things. Your company knowledge, which includes corporate data, prequalification and licensing, certifications, key personnel and the templates you already use. And the project documentation: bid documents, drawings, attachments and takeoffs, in the format you already have them. There is no need to prepare or standardize the files.
For both. Miranda's opportunity pipeline handles public and private bids through the same stages: to review, under review, decision pending, bid in preparation, submitted and awarded, with the bid or no-bid decision documented on each one.
Civil engineering, building, industrial and logistics, refurbishment and infrastructure works. Miranda is not tied to a typology: it works from the documentation, so what matters is that the project has specifications and drawings.
